Design Lead Difference

How?

We must understand your problem.  We do not believe in palliating the problem, we believe in eliminating the problem.

Design Lead will work with your engineering team, contract manufacturers, fabrication sources, and of course other product design consultants.  If necessary, we will suggest and/or bring in partnering firms with complementing services, whatever makes the most sense for you the client.

Three Mission Objectives to You:

1. Taking on our client’s most difficult tasks, and delivering.

When? Ask yourself:

Is there a technology gap, is pure innovation needed?

Do you have critical milestones on the horizon?

Is the risk not reduced yet?

Identified a market opportunity but need help developing the idea?

Are there still design or process concerns?

We Try and Avoid:

Being told exactly what to do, or saying "Yes" to all requests.  Sounds weird, however we must execute bearing in mind our three mission objectives to you the client.  We prefer to listen to your goals and/or understand your concerns, then propose the optimal solution and realistic path.  Often, we will make observations and generate new ideas along the way that you just need to have.
